At Meadowside Veterinary Clinic we are committed to providing veterinary care that is accessible to all clients and their pets. We aim to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Access to the Building

Due to the structure and location of our premises, step-free disabled access to the clinic is unfortunately not currently available.

​

We recognise that this may create difficulties for some clients with mobility impairments and we will do our best to support clients who require assistance.

Reasonable Adjustments

Where clients are unable to access the premises, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where appropriate. Depending on the situation and availability, this may include:

• Assistance bringing pets from the entrance into the clinic

• Assistance returning pets to owners after consultations

• Telephone consultations where clinically appropriate

• Home visits where suitable and arranged in advance

We will always aim to accommodate individual needs wherever reasonably possible.
